Baptism of my sister

Dear brothers and sisters, we greet you with the love and peace of Jesus Christ!

I am grateful to God for His mercy, for His love and for His protection and this month we also worked and served Him without obstacles. I am grateful to God for adding to His Church devoted people to Him who are ready to give their lives for the sake of Jesus Christ.

1. Baptism

- I conducted a baptism in the church of the village of Sterche, where my sister wanted to make a covenant with Jesus through water baptism.

- I was very glad to hear when she was asked if she had not changed her mind about taking this step, but she answered that no one and nothing could separate her from the love of Christ. And she takes this step with love and with faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

- Many unbelievers were present at this baptismal feast, the children of this sister and her husband is also an unbeliever. Glory to God for the good news of the Gospel to people who listened attentively to the sermons of the pastor brothers who preached the Word in the Power of the Holy Spirit. We pray for these people who listened to the Word of God so that the Lord would test their hearts for repentance.

- I also participated in the baptism in the church of the village of Rokitne, where our missionary pastor, brother Kioresko Gregory. There I preached before the baptism, where one sister was baptized, and I preached and encouraged her through the Word of God so that she would be strengthened in the power of the Holy Spirit.

2. Evangelism

- I conducted evangelism in the village of Nesvoya. At this evangelism there were many people from among the unbelievers who listened attentively to the Word of God. I preached at this evangelism about the resurrection of Jesus Christ for a new life. Among the unbelievers there were also people who wanted to start a new life, and therefore after the evangelism they approached me with these spiritual questions, to which I, with God's help, answered them.

3. Visiting the sick

- I visited many sick people from the church with the breaking of bread, where I conducted mini evangelism in their homes. After this evangelism, there were many questions that I answered.

4. Thanksgiving

- We are grateful to God for you, dear brothers and sisters from the USA, our partners in the evangelism here in Ukraine, for your prayers for us and for our ministry here, for your support and your material help through which we help others in need during this difficult time of war with us. We also help many refugees who live near us where we live, in our Chernivtsi region and in the city.

- We are grateful to God for the protection and security of our Chernivtsi region and for the city of Chernivtsi because we have not yet been bombed by missiles. We hope further and only for His mercy and protection.

5. Prayer needs:

- Pray for those souls who have received water baptism, so that they fulfill those promises that they gave to God to serve Him until the end of their lives, so that they would fulfill with faith and love.

- Pray for this senseless war to end, so that the people of God can serve and glorify God calmly and peacefully.

Pray for those unbelievers who listened to the Word of God during our evangelism, so that the Lord will test their hearts for repentance.

- Pray that there will be no more missiles in our region of Chernivtsi, and throughout Ukraine, because innocent people and children are dying (Lviv, Krivoy Rog, Poltava and other cities of Ukraine).

And we pray for you, our dear partners in evangelism in Ukraine. We wish you the most abundant blessings from the Lord God. We love you and always pray for you.

With love to you, the Petikhachnyy Pavel & Larisa family.

Testimonies of teenagers of Candela camp

We greet you with the love and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ, dear brothers and sisters from the USA - our partners in evangelism here in Ukraine!

I. We are grateful to God for helping us organize and conduct such a wonderful Christian teenage camp in Boyany during this difficult time of war in our Ukraine.

On the last Sunday, after the camp, the team from the USA, led by brother Cornel Stef, and I were in the village of Tarasovtsy for morning worship. And we were pleasantly surprised to see Evelina, the girl who repented in our camp last year. She sings with the youth on the worship team, was baptized this year, and has shared her testimony. She prays and asks and we all pray for her unbelieving parents. We have taken on the responsibility of praying for her and her parents. May they too come to the Lord. So that the Lord would give Evelina strength and faith to stand on the path and bring her parents to God.

II. As we wrote to you earlier that there were 142 teenagers and children vacationing in this camp, and when there was a call to repentance, 35 teenagers responded and came forward to repent.

We have already received all the information about these teenagers from the leaders and want to write a little from their testimony of repentance:

1. Hutsul Anastasia, 14 years old, Kotilevo.

I am very happy that I accepted Christ into my heart. Thank you for giving me an invitation to this camp. I come from an unbelieving family, but I am glad that in one week I learned a lot about Jesus Christ, the Savior of the whole world. I was in Brother David's group and I really enjoyed his lessons. And everything about this camp was great. Thanks again to everyone for this wonderful camp.

2. Shpargalyuk Isabella, 14 years old, Kotilevo.

I am very grateful to God and everyone who organized this Christian camp. This was my first time in such a camp. Although I was at a teenage day camp in our village at the Baptist church, and I knew where I was going and what camp I would be in, it was only half a day, but in this camp I felt real happiness. Firstly, I found many real friends, and secondly, I really liked the entire camp program, from morning to evening. I never thought that studying the Bible could be so interesting and exciting. But I became interested, and then I liked it, and when I realized that I was a sinner and needed repentance, I came forward to repent and accept the Savior Jesus Christ in my heart. I pray that God will help me to adhere to His teachings and be faithful to Him.

3. Sofia, migrant, 14 years old.

I am very grateful to everyone who helped me get to such a wonderful camp. I am a migrant myself and I now live with my mother in Novoselitsa, Chernivtsi region. My mother and I went through evacuation and thank God that He helped us settle here in Novoselitsa, where we have everything we need for a normal life. We go to a Baptist church where the pastor is brother Popov Valery. Before this camp, I went to a Christian day camp at a church. And I am grateful to God that I received an invitation to the Candela youth camp in Boyan. After our wanderings during this terrible war in Ukraine, this was a wonderful rest for me both body and soul. I went to lectures with Brother David and I really liked the way he taught the lessons. I understood through the Word of God how Jesus loves me and at the end of the camp, when there was a call to repentance through Pastor Paul, I could not sit indifferent to such great God’s love for us sinners, but I went out with those who also wanted to repent before God and repented -God bless! Now I know that I am saved through the blood of Christ which washes me from all sin - Glory to Jesus Christ! Thanks again to everyone for this wonderful camp.

4. Ilya, immigrant, son of a military man, 14 years old.

This was my first time in such a camp. What should I say? There are simply no words for what I saw and heard in this camp. I've never seen anything like this. I didn’t think that studying the Bible would be such an interesting activity. And the entire camp program was very interestingly organized. And the leaders were great. And not a single bad word was heard. Even if someone started with such words, they themselves were then ashamed of their words. The main thing is that everyone understood that the situation here is different and you can live differently, that is, not use foul language. And the main thing that I understood is that I am just a miserable sinner and that God loves me such a sinner. That's why I came forward when there was a call to repentance. Now I am saved and a child of the Lord and belong to Him. I pray that the Lord will help me stay on His path.

5. Daniella, 14 years old, Marchenzi.

I am very grateful to God for helping me to be in such a wonderful camp. Although my parents are believers, I realized that I am a sinner and I must repent myself and accept Jesus in my heart as the Personal Savior of my soul. I really enjoyed going to class with my brother Pastor Paul, where we studied the beatitudes from the Sermon on the Mount of Jesus Christ and the Gospel of Matthew, Chapter 5. And also wonderful evenings where there was praise and sermons. It just seems to me that we spent very little time in this camp. We just managed to adapt and 5 days have already passed. But thank God for these 5 days of a wonderful camp. .The most important thing for me is that I realized in this camp that I must repent and that I must give my heart to the Lord Jesus - Thank God that the Holy Spirit helped me take this important step. I went home inspired and told my parents about my decision to be a child of God. My parents were very happy to hear the good news from me and now we pray together to God. My mom and dad are grateful to all of you who sponsored this camp and who organized such a wonderful camp.

6.Alexandrina, 16 years old, Moldova.

- I was born in Moldova, and my parents are from Ukraine. And I often come to my people: to my grandfather Valery and my grandmother Viorica. And this time I was visiting my relatives and heard that there were invitations to a Christian camp. A neighbor of my relatives was in this camp last year and invited me too. To be honest, I have never been to such a camp. I was even glad that the camp was Christian because my parents would not let me go to a secular camp. My father serves as a priest in the Orthodox Church and I always knew how I should behave so as not to discredit my father. And so I went to this camp and didn’t know what awaited me. But it was something! I was amazed that believing Baptists organize these Christian camps for young people so well. Well, everything was thought out to the smallest detail and the program was very wonderful. And I saw how all the leaders, administration, teachers served and worked as if for the Lord God. I really enjoyed being at Brother Pavel’s lecture. It seems that the topic was not difficult, because I read the Bible at home, I know many of the taught prayers, but God revealed so many truths to me through this topic from the Sermon on the Mount of our Lord Jesus Christ. And the Holy Spirit revealed to me through the Holy Scriptures that I am a sinner and without the sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ, the son of God, I am nothing... I am a lost soul... Therefore, when there was a call to repentance, I came forward and gave my heart to my Lord Jesus Christ. What a pity that the camp ended so quickly! But I pray that the Lord will help me to adhere to His Holy Truths on His Holy Path. Thank you all for inviting me to this wonderful Christian camp!

7. Zhitaryuk Vitalina, 14 years old, Kotileve.

I really enjoyed being in camp Candela, it’s a pity of course that it was only 5 days, but thank you for these 5 unforgettable days in this camp. Everything was great in this camp and the whole program was very useful for us. But the most important thing is that at the end of the camp I realized that I was a sinner and that I needed to repent, and together with my 2 friends we decided to come forward to the pastor’s brother’s call to repentance and give our heart to the Lord Jesus. I am very happy that now I belong to the Lord Savior Jesus Christ. I don’t know what will happen next, but I pray to God that He will support me on His path. Thanks again to everyone for a wonderful camp.

8. Statnik Nikolina, 14 years old, Rokitne

I am very grateful to God and all the organizers of Camp Candela for the invitation that I received in this camp. And what’s even more pleasant for me is that I realized in this camp that without Jesus Christ I am nobody and nothing. He is the Savior of the whole world and my Savior. It seems like my parents at home are believers, but I only now understood this truth. The Lord Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth and the Life. I accepted Jesus in my heart and I am happy now. I told my parents when I got home and they thanked and praised God for it. My parents and I say to all the organizers of this camp, sponsors from the USA, leaders and teachers: thank you all so much for such a wonderful camp. We wish everyone that the Lord bless you abundantly!

9. Vanya, 15 years old, Novoselitsa.

- This is my second time in this camp. I was there last year and really enjoyed the camp. I live only with my mother at home, my father died 2 years ago and we have a very hard time living. It’s good that my mother and I go to Emmanuel Church in Novoselitsa. This church is our second family. I am grateful to Pastor Valery for the invitation that he gave me to this camp and I rested for free all these 5 days. Then they explained to me that this camp was paid for by a sponsor from Baptist churches in the USA. Many thanks to all sponsors. You helped children from poor families to relax in such a prestigious camp. Blessings to you from our Lord! So, in Camp Candela, I came to know Jesus Christ and accepted Him as my personal Savior. On the first day of camp, I was naughty and did not behave very well, but they quickly put me in my place. The leader Tatyana was there and said right away: either you will follow all the rules in the camp, or brother pastor Pavel will take you to Novoselitsa. And I realized that there was iron discipline in the camp and asked everyone for forgiveness. They left me in the camp and I went to classes with Brother David. There I understood the love of the Savior Christ, how He took upon myself the sins of me and the whole world and carried them to Calvary. How He was crucified and He died for us. And I simply could not stand indifferently on the day of the call to repentance. I gave my heart to the Lord that day. I now have a heavenly Father, thank God, although my earthly father is already dead.

10. Milena, 15 years old, Nesvoya village.

This was my first time at this camp and I really enjoyed it. Although my parents are believers and I attend church with them, I have not yet thought about my life. Here, in the camp, when I took lessons from Brother Paul, our pastor, along with other peers, I realized that only Christ can give me the bliss that He spoke about in the Sermon on the Mount. I myself will never be able to reach those heights of bliss, no matter how hard I try, only in Christ Jesus. And I am glad that the Holy Spirit prompted me to repentance. And I am happy that from now on I am a child of the Lord. Thank you very much everyone for such a great camp.

11.Paskar Gabriel, 13 years old, Dinivtsi.

Thank God for such a camp where we can relax both soul and body. This is not my first time in this camp and I always enjoy coming here. I am very glad that the Word of God and the Holy Spirit prompted me to repentance. I took classes with teacher Tamara Bozdugan. She had a good theme from John. "The Deity of Jesus Christ." This Gospel clearly proves that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, is the Word and is God. And there was another lecture on how we should watch our words. That God is omnipresent and all our words are written there. I'm glad I gave my life to Jesus Christ. I pray that the Lord will help me stay on His path. Thank you very much for a wonderful camp.

12. Daniel Tofan, 13 years old, Marchenzi.

Thank you very much to everyone who organized this wonderful camp. Thanks to everyone who helped sponsor this camp. I was previously in this camp about 3-4 years ago. Then we were in a group for 8-10 years. And now I’m in a teenage group with my sister Tamara. Very cool lessons and useful for us. I am glad that the Holy Spirit worked on me and prompted me to repentance. I praise God for this. Thanks again to everyone for the camp. Blessings to you all from the Lord!

III. There are still many good reviews and a lot of gratitude about our camp. Many thanks to our sponsors from the USA, Camp Candela. We don’t know if we could cope without them, because the prices are very high during this difficult time for us. We are glad that we were able to take into the camp those children who could not pay due to difficulties in their families, and orphans, and refugees. We are grateful to God for your generous hearts and for your support. We also thank you to all those who supported us in your prayers before God. As you can see, the result is very good and God has answered your and our prayers. Now our task is to pray both for those who repented in this camp, so that God will strengthen their faith, and for those who have not yet realized that they are sinners on this earth. But they heard the Word of God for a whole week and we believe that the Word sown does not return without the fruit of repentance. Let's all pray and trust in God!

-Also pray for the war in Ukraine to end.

-Pray that there will continue to be peace and quiet in our region, so that we can serve God here where we live. So that there are no arrivals of enemy missiles.

-Pray for all our missionaries and their families so that the Lord will protect and protect us all.

And we pray for you, brothers and sisters from the USA - our partners in evangelism here in Ukraine. We wish the Lord to abundantly bless you, your families, your churches and your country USA!

With love to you, the Petikhachnyy Pavel & Larisa family.

Thank God for such a wonderful camp

We greet you with the love and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ, dear brothers and sisters from the USA, our partners in evangelism in Ukraine.

Today, having a little rest from the worries of the camp, we want to write to you about our service in the Christian camp Candela in more detail.

1.Thanksgiving:

-First of all, we want to thank God for the peaceful sky and favorable time during our camp.

-We thank God for the protection and security of the team of 5 people from the USA who came to serve in our camp.

-Thank you to all the brothers and sisters in the Lord from the USA who donated their money to sponsor this camp. We ourselves could not have paid such a sum, because in the camp there were many displaced children who lived near us during this war in Ukraine.

-We also thank you for supporting us all this time in your prayers before God. And thank God for the fact that He heard your and our prayers about this camp and answered us with a blessing and His protection over us.

-All these children thanked us for such a blessed 5-day camp, where they rested with all their hearts. And the most important thing is that the sown Word bore fruit in repentance and at the end of the camp 35 teenagers and children repented - Glory to God!

-We are also grateful to the team from the USA of 5 people, led by Cornel Stef, who is the president of the PIEI America mission organization. They worked very hard here with us both in the camp and when leaving the camp every day. And the result is very positive - 25 people who received glasses from Sister Debbie prayed the prayer of repentance - Glory to God! May the Lord bless them all richly!

2.Working with leaders:

-During this difficult time of war with us, it was very difficult for us to look for leaders for our camp. Many former leaders went abroad. But we prayed to God that God would send us those people who we needed to serve in the camp. And thank God that God found us the right number of youth leaders who served God with all their hearts. We also fasted together and prayed that the Lord would bless this ministry.

-And on July 21, at 4:00 in the afternoon, all 20 leaders arrived to prepare the camp for July 22 in the morning. Already all the children who were supposed to come to the camp were distributed to their rooms. And then everything went according to the camp program.

3.Camp program:

- All 5 days served according to the camp program, which everyone had with them.

-Leaders’ prayer and daily planning at 7:00 am, exercise, prayer with leaders in each room, breakfast at 9:00, Bible studies for all 3 groups from 10:00 to 12:00. Lunch at 13:00. Then from 14 :00 to 16:00 swimming in the pool. And 16:00 sports for everyone. At 17:30 to 18:30 again 1 hour of Bible study for all 3 groups. Dinner at 19:00. At 20:00 - Evening worship, where there were sermons, songs of worship, where youth from the camp participated, and games, skits and various competitions. Thank God everyone liked this program.

4. Dividing the camp into 3 groups to study the Word of God:

-The first group was the group of David Beckwith's brother - from the USA team, who had a very useful theme for these teenagers. "Know yourself. Personal relationship with God." Brother David worked with these children for 5 days. They had a lot of questions and Brother David always answered these questions. And in his group more than half of the teenagers were from non-believing families.

-The second group was introduced by the teacher, brother pastor Pavel Petikhachny. Its theme was from the Sermon on the Mount of Jesus Christ from Matthew 5 - How to have a pure heart and be blessed. This group really enjoyed this study of God's Word.

-The third group was introduced by teacher Sister Tamara Buzdugan. The teaching topic for the group was from the Gospel of John, which indicates that Jesus Christ is God. There were also lessons about Christian ethics, what should our words be? Speak every day without any foul language. God's blessings to us depend on this. At the end of this camp, many of these children who loved to use foul language changed their behavior and some repented, thank God.

As we wrote to you before, 70% of these teenagers were from unbelieving families, so it was a little difficult for our teachers to teach, but thank God that many of these teenagers repented at the end of the camp.

5.Evangelism with glasses:

-Four brothers and sisters from the US team went to the villages every day, from 10:30 to 18:00 in the afternoon, where they prepared to check the eyes of people who needed glasses. Doctor Debby Conry brought glasses and every day she gave 70 or 100 glasses to people who came to church in the villages where we visited them. These villages: Dinivtsi, Kotileve, Rokitne and Tarasovtsi. And in these churches 25 people from the world prayed the prayer of repentance - Glory to God. The consultants (spiritual guardians) family Philbrook Stanley and Cristen, and brother Cornel Stef, president of the PIEI America mission organization, worked very hard. They also had 3 translators who translated the team from the USA.

6.Evening worship in the camp:

-Every evening in the camp there was a worship service, where all the youth participated in this program. And the worship group, and sermons from our brothers from the USA, as well as various skits, competitions and games. Everyone enjoyed such evenings where the name of the Lord was glorified. And on the last evening of the camp, 35 teenagers repented. Later we will write their testimonies of repentance. In another report. This will be separate from this report.

-On the morning of July 27, after breakfast, all the vacationers went home. Many, with tears in their eyes, told us that they had spent so few days in our camp. Everyone thanked us for this wonderful camp.

7. Meeting of our missionary families with the team from the USA:

-July 27, in the morning, at 10:00, our missionaries of the PIEI Ukraine mission, together with their families, met there in the camp in Boyany with a team of brothers and sisters from the USA. We had a blessed meeting where we all thanked the Lord for the favorable time for the ministry of our brothers and sisters from the USA. We also thanked God for protecting us all during this turbulent time of war in Ukraine. We had good communication together and a delicious lunch.

-After lunch, we all went home, and the team from the USA went to our home, in Chernivtsi, where they were located at my house.

8.Visiting 4 churches of the team from the USA.

-We also visited two churches, with a team from the USA, Rokitne and Dinivtsi, on Sunday July 21, and on the second Sunday on July 28 we visited Tarasovtsi and Kotileve. The brothers and sisters from the US team had the Word and preached, brother Cornel Stef preached and glorified God through singing on the guitar. It was a very eventful program - thank God.

9. Seeing off the team from the USA:

-July 29 in the morning, at 5:30, a team of brothers and sisters from the USA, led by brother Cornel Stef, left for Romania, to Alba Iulia, and from Albu on the second day they reached their homes in the USA. We all prayed for them to get home safely. And thank God that we heard the good news as our brothers and sisters returned safely to their homes. We are very happy and grateful to all of them for their service to God here in Ukraine. May the Lord bless everyone and return them a hundredfold for your sacrifice.

Once again, thank you all for your love and support for Ukraine. We love you and are praying for you. With love, the Petikhachnyy Pavel and Larysa family.

Camp "Candela" has fruits

We greet you with the love and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ, our dear brothers and sisters from the USA - our partners in evangelism here in Ukraine.

We are very grateful to the Lord for hearing your and our prayers, and we were able to hold a very wonderful Christian youth camp Candela, Non Stop, for 5 days in Boyany.

- Glory to God for His protection and for His defense, for the fact that there were no missiles flying during the camp. We were very worried about the team from the USA who came to serve us at the camp. David Beckwith had a group where he taught. There were also 2 more teachers from us - Pavel Petikhachny and Tamara Buzdugan. There were 142 children and teenagers in the camp and 70% of them were from unbelieving families. The camp was divided into 3 groups. There were very interesting topics in each group. And thank God that 35 teenagers repented at the end of the camp. We pray for them that the Lord strengthens their faith. We will then write you their testimony in the next news.

-We thank the Lord for each leader who served in this camp as for the Lord. Praise God for having 4 translators who translated the team from the USA.

-Also brothers and sisters from the USA led by brother Cornel Stef: sister Daby Conry, family Philbrook Kristen and Stanley went every day to evangelize with glasses to churches in our area, Novoseletsky, Tarasovtsy, Kotileve, Dinivtsi and Rokytne, where Dr. Debbie checked people's eyesight and distributed glasses to them. And brother Cornel and family Philbrook Kristen and Stanley were spiritual consultants. Praise God, and 25 people repented during this evangelization. We pray for them too.

-On July 29, this team from the USA of 5 people is leaving for Romania, and then to the USA. We are very grateful to God for each brother and sister from this team, for their service to God among our people. We pray for them and entrust them into the hands of the Almighty God.

- We are grateful to everyone who prayed for us and for our ministry in this camp.

- We thank all those from the USA who helped us with money so that this camp could take place. May the Lord return hundredfold blessings to everyone.

Prayer requests:

- Pray that the Team from the USA return safely to the USA, to their homes.

- Pray for those people who repented in our camp, 35 teenagers, as well as for those people who repented at evangelism with glasses, 25 women and men.

- Pray that the war in Ukraine will end for us, so that we can work fruitfully evangelizing the Gospel among people everywhere.

- Pray for our leaders and ministers of churches, that the Lord will give them wisdom from above for the ministry in the Gospel.

And we always pray for you - our partners in evangelism from the USA and wish you abundant blessings from our Lord Jesus Christ.

With love to you, the Petikhachnyy Pavel and Larysa family.

Preparations for the camp

We greet you, brothers and sisters from the USA, with the love and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ!

I am grateful to the Lord for His protection during this difficult time of war in Ukraine. When children and adults, mothers and children die from the arrival of enemy missiles in Ukraine. But it is the grace of God that there were no missile attacks in our region. And we were in Kyiv and Dnepropetrovsk this week. In Kyiv, more than 30 children and adults ended up in a children's hospital and died, and more than 150 people were injured. There were children left without mothers and parents without children. This is terrible, but it is real here in Ukraine. Continue to pray fervently for Ukraine so that there will be no such terrible missile attacks on us.

1. Preparations for the camp:

-We are missionaries of the PIEI UKR mission, we are grateful to God for helping us organize a Christian youth camp, Non Stop, in Boyany, where about 150 teenagers will rest.

-We prayed and fasted for a team of people to come from the USA who would serve in this camp, and at the same time some of these people would serve non-believing people in our villages, proclaiming the Word of God to those people who will receive glasses from Dr. Debbie Conry from the USA.

-Brothers and sisters from the USA responded and they, led by brother Cornel Stef, president of the PIEI America mission, will come to us on Saturday July 20, and immediately on July 21 they will go to churches to proclaim the Word of God, and from July 22 our non stop camp begins, Boian, where we will locate our American team where David Beckwith will teach one group of teenagers. The other 4 from this team will go to villages and evangelism, where nurse Debby Conry will test people's eyesight and give them glasses. Also others from the US team, brother Cornel Stef and the Philbrook Stanley and Kristen family, will be consultants for these people evangelizing Gospel to these people. Also, our missionary brothers will help the team from the USA in this ministry. The US team will consist of 5 people. We pray for them.

2.Meeting of leaders.

-This week we had a meeting with the leaders who will serve in our camp. We all planned together how best to organize the camp and what ministry each leader was responsible for.

-The worship group is preparing psalms that will be sung in the camp. Almost every evening they gather to rehearse the psalms that will be sung at the camp for the worship program.

3.Thanksgiving:

-We are very grateful to the Lord for you, dear brothers and sisters from the USA, our partners in evangelism here in Ukraine. Thanks to you, we were able to organize this wonderful camp here in Ukraine and in this wonderful place in Boyany.

-Thank you for taking on the sponsorship of this camp, because it would be unrealistic for us to pay such an amount.

-Thank you to the team from the USA of 5 people who come to us to serve God in our region. May the Lord return a hundredfold blessing to you, your families, your churches and your country USA.

4.Prayer needs:

-Pray with us for a team of 5 people from the USA who are coming to us in Ukraine to serve the Gospel in our region. So that they can get to us safely. So that the Lord gives them health and His protection during their stay with us, as well as when they leave for the USA, so that they get home safely.

-Pray that there will be no arrivals of enemy missiles in our region during the stay of the team from the USA and during the Christian camp. We believe in the protection of our Lord Jesus Christ.

-Our electricity are turned off very often now. Pray that during the service of the camp and the team from the USA, that the lights will not be turned off, so that we can work fruitfully in God’s Field.

-So that the Lord protects every teenager from the camp, every leader, teachers, translators, and us camp organizers. We believe in the power of prayer. We believe that the Lord will bless this ministry.

-Also pray for the repentance of children and teenagers who will be in the camp. They will study the Word of God, and the Word of God that is sown does not return without the fruit of repentance. Pray for us and for the Word planted in the hearts of these children. Thank God for everything!

-Pray for the team from the USA who will work in the villages of Dinivtsi, Rokitne, Tarasavtsi, Kotilevo, Novoselitsa and Boyany. Pray for our translators that the Lord will give them health and wisdom in translating our brothers and sisters from the USA.

And we pray for you, our dear ones, that the Lord will bless you all abundantly.

With love to you family PETIKHACHNYY PAVLO and LARYSA.

Ordination of a deacon

We greet you with the love and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ, dear brothers and sisters from the USA - our partners in evangelism here in Ukraine!

I am very grateful to God for helping me perform the ministry that God commissioned me to do in the power of the Holy Spirit. Although we have been at war in our country for more than 850 days, and every day and night a siren sounds, announcing the arrival of enemy missiles, but thank God there have been no missiles in our region yet and we can calmly serve God here among the displaced, both among children with camps, and in our churches encouraging our church members with the Word from Scripture.

1.Ordination of a deacon

Baptism

I am grateful to God that He saved us this month, and we were able to work in God’s Field, with those people who did not know Jesus as their personal Savior.

Thank God for His protection and protection in this difficult time of war for us. Thank God for the fact that there were no enemy missiles arriving in our area,

although in other regions of Ukraine there was a lot of bombing and there were many casualties after that. We hope in God, because only He can stop this bloody war.

1.Baptism:

-This month, in the church in the village of Podvirne, Sister Maria Grikalovska, who recently repented, received water baptism. We all went to the Podvirnya church in the village of Belovtsy, and there, at that church, she was baptized along with other candidates for baptism.

-After her baptism, she was very glad that she was finally able to make a covenant with Jesus Christ. Pray for Sister Mary so that she can always serve God zealously, so that her love for Jesus will never fade away, but will serve Him until her death.

2.Bible lessons:

4.Evangelization:

Conducted one large evangelization in the church of the village of Nesvoya, Chernivtsi region. At this evangelization, the youth choir of our church sang and I preached the Word of God. We are glad that non-believers also come to our church and listen carefully to the Word of God. I talked to these people and they said that they like to attend our church and they like to listen to the Word of God, which is explained so clearly to people. We pray for these people so that they will repent.

5.Thanksgiving:

Spiritual lessons

Greetings brothers and sisters from the USA - our partners in the gospel, with the love and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ.

We thank the Lord for helping us spread the gospel this month among widows and orphans, among immigrants and among the needy. Although we now live in the context of war and every day there is disappointing news from the front. But we, the children of God, all hope and trust in our Lord. He is our Deliverer and Savior. In Him is our victory and peace.

1. I glorify God for the fact that He gives us the opportunity and everything necessary so that we, the PIEI Ukraine mission, can help widows with children by bringing them social food packages, and also share the Word of God with them and pray for them so that the Lord will help them in this difficult time.

2.Visit

-I visited the dental clinic and had a spiritual conversation with all the doctors and told how I, Pavel, also wanted to study to become a doctor in my youth, but due to the fact that I believed in My Savior Jesus Christ, I was expelled from the institute. They listened to me very carefully and at the end of this conversation I prayed for them so that they too would believe in our Lord Jesus Christ. We are praying for these people now.

-I visited a sick sister who was suffering greatly from her cancer. I told her about the suffering of Christ when I was on this earth, how I healed the sick who turned to Him for healing. We prayed with her for healing in the Name of Jesus Christ, and my wife Larisa fed her whole family a delicious dinner. They thanked God for this visit. We continue to pray that the Lord will heal this sister.

3.Spiritual lessons

-I am currently studying lessons from the textbook “Spiritual Gifts” and we will continue to teach them regularly until we finish all the lessons from this textbook.

-All the students liked these lessons because they were very interesting and they wanted to know more about spiritual gifts. Until now, they thought differently about these gifts of the Holy Spirit, but after studying this course they united and think the same. In the evenings they talk for a long time about Spiritual gifts and each of the students wants to know what gift they have.

4.Service in the church

-Larissa, my wife, organized a sisterhood meeting in the church in the village of Nesvoya, where all our sisters studied the Word and prayed, and also planned how to help the sick and needy from our village. We decided to help a family that really needs help. And Larisa took this help to this family. This family thanked God for hearing their prayer and for God’s answer to their prayer, Glory to God.

5.Thanksgiving:

It was an evening when everyone tested their hearts and remembered the death and suffering of Christ. Also on the second day, Larisa and I visited one sister with cancer with Holy Communion.
