Preparation for a camp

Dear brothers and sisters from the USA, our partners in evangelism in Ukraine, we greet you with the love and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ!

1.Today, June 15, we are writing our two-week report of our work done in ministry in God's Vineyard for the gospel of the Word of God in our area. I am grateful to our God that He supports us here and protects us from all evil. For a peaceful sky above us and for health. Although we have added even more work in ministries for people. Today is already 477 days since this war began, and last week the enemies broke through the dam of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station in the Kherson region across the Dnieper River. More than 80 settlements were under water. The water flooded everything and a lot of people and children died. This is a massive environmental disaster. Thank God that at least a few people managed to escape and take them to a safe place. And those who did not have the opportunity to climb on the roofs, especially the elderly or paralyzed, could not be saved. We do not even know the number of drowned people in this disaster, not to mention animals and birds. Even fresh graves from cemeteries were carried away by water into the sea. Now the water is receding a little and it is very dangerous there because some kind of epidemic or cholera may break out. Therefore, our Christian churches collect money for the population who find themselves in this terrible situation. There is a great need for drinking water. And our brothers carry drinking water there for those people. We pray for these people and for those volunteers who bring water, food and clothing to people, as well as mattresses, pillows and blankets. We pray for those people who have been saved, so that through these merciful deeds they will see the light of Christ and accept God in their hearts.

On June 2, 11, we gathered with our leaders in a church from the village of Kotileve, where our pastor, brother Igor Dzyadik, is a missionary. We were 22 leaders and we organized a program for our camp in Boyany from 24 to 29 July. We also prayed that the Lord would help us in organizing and holding this camp. We have created our website for all our leaders and we always get together online to discuss all the issues that arise. We also study the Word of God at these meetings and pray.

3. In the afternoon I visited the church from the village of Rokytne, where our pastor is our missionary brother Gregory Kioresko. My sermon was about the love of our Lord Jesus Christ. About the fact that without love we can do nothing and nobody. Our deeds are done without love, it's just a ringing brass or a cymbal sounding.

After the meeting, I had a meeting with the brothers of this church and I encouraged them to serve God.

3. At the beginning of the month, he held communions in 3 churches: in Nesvoi, in Balkovtsy and in Podvirna. On this Sunday, we also celebrated the feast of the Holy Trinity "Descent of the Holy Spirit", the creation of the Church of Christ. At this evangelism there were many people from the world who were listening to the Word of God. We pray for them. Also visited 2 sick people from the church with the communion. They rejoiced greatly and glorified Christ through their prayers.

4.News from Ukraine:

- We wrote at the beginning of this report about the explosion of the dam of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, which is located in the Kherson region, and this brought great misfortune to both people and the environment. We try to help these people in any way we can and pray hard for them. We are gathering everything we need and soon our brother missionary Kioresko Grigory and another team of brothers will go there to deliver humanitarian aid in those places where people are in great need of it. They need drinking water, food, clothes, and shoes. We pray that the Lord will bless the brothers on this difficult journey and protect them from all evil.

- In Ukraine, our cities are bombed every day. Krivoy Rog has been bombed for 3 days in a row. They destroyed a residential multi-storey building and again many people died and many were injured, and the enterprises of the city are being destroyed. They also bomb Kyiv, Kharkov, Kherson, Zaporozhye and other small towns. And night and day sirens are buzzing and we only pray that the Lord will protect people from bombing in their cities and villages. We pray for these people who live in danger zones so that the Lord will protect them from death.

5. Thanksgiving:

-We are very grateful to you, brothers and sisters from the USA and from Romania, for your support, both prayerful and material. Thank you for the food and clothes from you, which we received through brothers from Romania and from England. We can continue to help others in need of this help.

We are grateful to God for the fact that we are still quiet and calm during this terrible time of war in Ukraine, and we can serve God by helping people who need our help.

6. Prayer requests:

-Pray with us for an end to the war in Ukraine.

-Pray for the people who suffered this disaster in the Kherson region through the flooding of their homes and the loss of their loved ones.

-Pray that we can help them and that we can preach the Word of God there too.

-Pray for our camp, for our leaders and for the team that will come from the USA, led by brother Cornel Stef. May the Lord protect and protect everyone. And that during their stay we did not have any bombings.

We believe that the Lord will protect everyone who will be in our camp and the Name of the Lord will be glorified through many teenagers who will accept Christ in their hearts.

And we pray for you, brothers and sisters from the USA. We pray that the Lord will bless you abundantly.

With love to you family PETIKHACHNYY Pavel and Larisa.

Humanitarian aid from Romania

Dear brothers and sisters from the USA, we greet you with the love and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ!

We thank God for His constant protection and mercy to us during this difficult time of the war in Ukraine. For more than 460 days this war has been going on and so many people are being killed, both young and old and children. So many crippled people and destinies! Only God can stop this war and bring His peace. We all hope in our Lord, in His mercy and in His protection.

1. Humanitarian aid from Romania.

-Thank God for the fact that on May 26 2 brothers from Romania arrived: brother Timofey Stanya and brother Benjamin. Also 2 brothers from England arrived: Emmil and Arnold. They came to us and brought humanitarian aid for the needy and refugees in Ukraine, who have lost their homes and do not have water, gas or electricity in the places where they now live. And they don't have daily food.

-On May 26, these brothers came to us in Chernivtsi, and after dinner Emmil and Arnold from England had the opportunity to have an interview on the radio, and then, in the evening, they had a meeting with the teachers of the Bible Institute. Also a meeting with the youth pastor in the Chernivtsi region. They had a friendly conversation and planned how to further cooperate together.

-On Saturday, May 27, brothers from England and brothers from Romania had a meeting with missionaries from the PIEI Ukraine mission and with their wives. They had the good and edifying Word of God for all of us.

-After the break, brother Timothy Stanya had the Word for the sisters, the wives of our missionaries, separately, and our sisters were very encouraged to continue to serve zealously in the Field of God next to their husbands. All the sisters said later: - This Word was just for us - Thank God!

-After dinner, our brothers from England stayed to speak to the refugees in the Emmanuel Church in Novoselitsa, and in the evening they preached to the church from the village of Rokytne.

And the brothers from Romania, after dinner, went to preach in the church from the village of Nesvoia. All the brothers had encouraging sermons and all praised God for helping our guests to come to us to support and encourage us with the Word of God.

- Sunday, May 27, the brothers from England spoke to many migrants and at the same time helped them with social packages. The settlers were very pleased to listen to the Word of God, and also for social assistance.

-After dinner at 4 o'clock, in the church premises, Emmanuel, Arnold and Emmil had a meeting with the youth of the Novoselitsky district, where again the youth were encouraged by the Word of the Lord through the sermons of the brothers.

-Brothers from Romania Timothy and Veniamin, on Sunday, preached in two churches: in the morning in Dynivtsy, and in the afternoon in Kotilevo. Praise God, these brothers delivered very powerful sermons.

-May 28, the Petikhachny family, brother Pavel and sister Larisa, accompanied our guest brothers from England and Romania to the border with Romania and they returned safely to their countries -Thank God!

2. Thanksgiving:

-We are very grateful to God for the time spent with our brothers, guests from Romania and from England, for the fact that God protected all of them, and us, and we all worked fruitfully in God's Vineyard. Thank God for the fact that there were no arrivals of missiles and drones in our area, although the sirens sounded both night and day.

-We thank you all for your prayers for peace and for your prayers for the brothers from England and from Romania.

- We thank all those who helped our brothers to buy various products and other supplies for refugees and the needy, and they were able to bring all this to us.

-We thank the Midwest Bible Church for the packages of warm clothes for those in need. We will try to distribute them to those people who need it. Thank God that these packages have already been delivered.

3. Prayer needs:

-Pray with us that this war in Ukraine will end.

-Pray that there will be no further arrivals of cruise missiles, drones to us.

-Pray that the Word that our brothers preached during these 3 days in Ukraine, so that it touches many hearts and bears the fruit of repentance.

-Pray for our Christian youth camp in Boyana, for the leadership team, for the teachers, for the children who will come to the camp.

-For the fact that it was calm and peaceful with us at this time. May the protection of our Lord be with us.

-Pray for the team that will come from the US with the family of Steph Cornell and Gabi. So that the Lord protects them from all evil and they safely arrive and stay in Ukraine, and also safely return to their homes.

-Pray for our missionaries and their families, so that the Lord will help us to serve here.

-Pray for me and my wife so that God strengthens our health, so that we zealously serve God here.

Help for needy

Greetings, brothers and sisters from the USA, with the love and peace of Jesus Christ!

We are grateful to God for His support and protection this month as well. Already 450 days have passed since the start of a full-scale war in Ukraine, and we, all the churches of Christ, are in prayer and fasting for peace in Ukraine. Yesterday, on Wednesday, a rocket hit a prayer house in the Zaporozhye region. There our brothers held humanitarian aid for those in need. This house of prayer has already been bombed twice. This is the village of Orekhovo, in the Zaporozhye region in the South of Ukraine. We pray for all our brothers and sisters who are in danger.

This month, the Lord has helped me to do a ministry for God, in many churches, for orphans and for migrants.

1. Ministry with orphans:

-As we wrote to you last time, we ministered to 200 orphans, where we fed them all day and conducted Bible lessons with them.

- And in the following days we brought food to orphans from the village of Orshivtsi, which is located near Chernivtsi.

- We also brought them clothes, suits, hats, brushes and toothpaste. We also conducted Bible lessons and games for children with them. They were very grateful that the Lord does not forget them and through believers visits them in their boarding schools. We pray for orphans.

2.Serving soldiers:

- We also helped 50 soldiers who are in a psychiatric hospital in Chernivtsi. We brought them food, also toothpaste and brushes, socks and other needs. We did mini-evangelizations with them. They listened attentively to the Word of God and prayed together with our brothers.

Thank God that they have a desire to listen to the Word of God. We pray for these soldiers that the Lord heals their soul and body.

3. Breaking bread:

He held bread service in churches: in the village of Nesvoi, in Balkovtsy and in Podvirnoye.

-After the communion in the church, I visited the sick and helped them with the help they needed.

-They ask with tears of gratitude in their eyes that we visit them more often and that we pray for them.

4. Bible lessons:

-In three churches I conducted lessons from the textbook Romans (first part), on the topic:

"All have sinned and come short of the glory of God."

-If everyone has sinned, then everyone needs reconciliation with Jesus Christ.

5. Thanksgiving:

-We are grateful, and all orphans thank you for your help. They are very satisfied and happy.

- 50 soldiers say thank you, who are being treated in a psychiatric hospital for rehabilitation, for the help provided.

- And we, the missionaries of the PIEI Ukraine mission, are grateful to you, brothers and sisters from the USA, for the fact that through your help we can help those in need here in Ukraine.

-We are grateful to God that we do not yet have arrivals of enemy missiles, although the air raid sirens are ringing 2 times a day or at night. Praise God for His mercy on us.

6. Prayer requests:

-Pray for an end to the war in Ukraine.

-Pray for the orphan children, so that they will be encouraged after this help that everyone has given them.

-Pray for all our missionaries so that we will not get tired of serving people always, with such love that we have now.

-Pray for the meeting of our missionaries with 2 brothers from England from May 26 to 29. They will visit us in Ukraine so that we can share the gospel with them here. So that we would be calm and there would be no arrivals of enemy missiles. So that the Lord protects our brothers from all evil both when they come to us and when they leave home.

-About those soldiers who are being rehabilitated in hospitals so that they can restore their health.

-Pray that we will be able to hold a summer teenage, Christian, camp from July 24 to 29. We hope in God that He will help us to conduct this seminar in a blessed way during the war.

And we always pray for you, dear brothers and sisters from the USA. Thank you for your prayers for Ukraine. We feel your prayers. Thank you for your support. May the Lord return you a hundred fold blessings over your families, churches and over your country. May the Lord send Peace to you and to us. Be blessed!

With love to you, the PETIKHACHNYY PAVLO AND LARISA family.

Merciful action for orphans

Dear brothers and sisters from the USA, we greet you with the love and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ!

We are grateful to God for His protection, which we feel every minute of our lives here in Ukraine, where there is a danger of missiles coming from the enemy side. Throughout eastern, northern and southern Ukraine, there are such arrivals of missiles and drones every day. Innocent people and children are dying, and we are very worried about these people who live in these cities and villages. We are very grateful to God that He protects our region and we can serve God here in safety. And we always pray for our brothers and sisters who live where the fighting is going on. For the Lord to protect both them and our soldiers who defend the country.

1. Merciful action for orphans.

-We are grateful to God and to all of you who prayed for this day - April 29th.

God gave us and orphans a wonderful day. It was sunny and peaceful. Most importantly, there was a peaceful sky above us and there was not even the sound of an air raid siren.

- In the morning, Larisa and I met these children and fed them with sandwiches, tea and coffee. Thank God that there was a wonderful team of leaders who worked with these children. There were over 200 children. There were children from a boarding school for minors, as well as families that bring up 16-17 children from boarding schools. There were also widows from this war with their children.

- A rich program for the whole day was prepared for everyone. After breakfast, everyone was divided into groups. The children had Bible lessons, games, applications and sports.

-Foster parents also had an hour of prayer for each other and study of the Word. And also the testimony of each family, what they face every day, what difficulties, and how to ask God for wisdom and love to go through various trials and temptations.

-Widows also go through hard trials and temptations. I had a Word from the Lord for them and together we prayed that the Lord would bless every widow and their children. Through this war, the number of widows and orphans multiplied. The heart cries when you see how many orphans suffer from this war. And how to console them? Who can comfort us? Only God. Through His children who are numbered in His Church. We are His Helping Hands for those in need on this earth.

-A bus from our church, the village of Nesvoya, arrived at lunchtime, with food for everyone. There was a very tasty lunch: Rice with meat, casserole and pie, Olivier salad, compote and delicious bread from the bakery of our village. Everyone was satisfied and were grateful to God and our team for this wonderful day in which they rested both in body and soul, Thank God for everything!

Thank God for our sisters from our church, for their hands who prepared such a delicious dinner. And the children from the orphanage said: Thank you Jesus and you.

Once again, we thank everyone who prayed for us and for this action for orphans, and those who donated money so that we could prepare such a blessed action-Glory to God!

2. Finished teaching students the first part of the book of Revelation. Now I am getting ready to teach the second part of the book of Revelation.

3. We begin to gather with the leaders to prepare for the Christian camp from July 24 to 29. We pray that the Lord will help us in this ministry.

4. We continue to help the soldiers on the first line with ready-made food. Our young families from the church bake them bread, buns, cookies, and also prepare meat stews and close them thermally in jars.

5. Thanksgiving:

We are very grateful to God for helping us here to serve God by helping the needy, migrants, orphans and widows.

We also thank God for you, brothers and sisters from the USA, for your support and prayers.

6. Prayer requests:

-Pray with us for this terrible war to end.

-Pray that these arrivals of enemy missiles will end, because innocent people and children are dying.

-Pray for all the orphans and widows who listened to the Word for this evangelism that they will decide to repent.

-Pray for our camp from July 24th to 29th that everything will be blessed.

- For our leaders.

-Pray for the team from the USA that will come to us in the summer so that the Lord will protect them from all evil.

-Pray for the team of brothers who will come to us from England at the end of May, so that the Lord will bless their arrival.

-Pray for me and my wife that the Lord bless us with health so that we can serve God zealously this summer. We are weak, but the Lord strengthens us. I can do everything in Jesus who strengthens me (Phil. 4:13).

We also pray for you always and thank God for you and for your support.

With love to you, the PETIKHACHNYY PAVLO & LARISA family.

Meeting of the missionaries of the PIEI

Greetings, dear brothers and sisters from the USA, with the love and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ!

Christ is risen! Christ is truly risen!

We are very grateful to God for the fact that He protects our region of Bukovina and we are here quietly and calmly during this storm of war in Ukraine. Thanks to this, we can serve God here by helping refugees, conducting evangelizations, and prayer services.

1. Before Easter, which we celebrated on April 16, we had a series of services and on Thursday we remembered the death and suffering of Jesus Christ with the church. Two more neighboring churches attended this Holy Communion: Podvirnoye and Balkovtsy. In these churches, as I wrote earlier, there are no pastors. And now we help them until we find someone to put there. We also visited the sick from the church with holy communion where they rejoiced that they took part, together with the church, in this holy communion - the Remembrance of the Death and Suffering of Christ.

2. Evangelization on the feast of the Resurrection of Jesus Christ.

- On April 16, our church had an evangelistic program and we celebrated the feast of the Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. There was a rich program where both youth and our choir participated. The good news is that our church is visited by 10 listeners from the world. We pray for them that the Lord will test their hearts for repentance.

On Tuesday, April 18, we also organized an evangelistic Easter meeting in the village of Balkovtsy. Listeners from the world also came there and we pray for them.

3. Meeting of the missionaries of the PIEI UKR mission.

-April 20, Thursday, our missionaries of the PIEI UKR mission had a quarterly meeting in Novoselytsia at the Emmanuel Church, where each missionary gave his quarterly report on the work done in the field of God. We had a blessed meeting, prayer and gratitude before God for His mercy and love over us. We planned together how best to program our summer time for holding a Christian camp, for serving among the settlers, for holding evangelistic meetings.

4. Studying the Word of God:

-In the last two weeks I have been teaching at the Bible Institute:

-The book of Daniel was taught to 20 students, thank God, there were very interesting testimonies:

-I never thought that in the book of Daniel I could find such deep and beautiful truths. I realized that this inductive method of study is very useful for us who have never studied this book of Daniel.

-In their church they studied the book of the prophet Zechariah, chapter 13. It was a very blessed lesson.

-The Bible Institute also taught the book of James from the New Testament, showing students how to go through trials and temptations, and how to overcome it all.

5. Preparations for a meeting with widows and orphans.

-April 29, we have an evangelistic meeting with 200 orphans from Chernivtsi on Kovelskaya 25. There our church will prepare a delicious dinner for them, and my family will prepare a breakfast of sandwiches, tea and coffee. Pray for us so that we can bring these children and that they were able to relax all day with us. The main thing is that there is peace and there are no missiles flying over us.

6. Thanksgiving:

-We thank the Lord for peace and tranquility here in Bukovina and we will be able to serve God here.

-Thank God and for you, brothers and sisters from the USA, for your support and prayers for us. Thanks to you, we can serve here among the settlers, helping them with food and other necessary needs that these settlers need. Thank you for sending us humanitarian aid in Ukraine, so that we would also help people in need here - Thank God!

7. Prayer requests:

-Pray with us for the end of the war here in Ukraine.

-Pray for our meeting with the orphans on April 29, so that everything will be blessed.

-Pray for our Christian camp from July 24th to 29th to have a good team of leaders, teachers and up to 150 teenagers in this camp. In everything we hope in the Lord and believe that He will help us in everything.

-For the Lord to give us all health and protection from all evil in this difficult time.

- May the Lord bless the team from the USA that will come to Ukraine this summer for greater success in evangelism. And to protect and protect these people from all evil.

We also pray for you, brothers and sisters from the USA, that the Lord bless you, your families and your churches. May the Lord return you a hundredfold blessings for giving so much here in Ukraine.

All our missionaries of our mission, as well as my family, send you heartfelt Christian greetings in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

With love to you, the PETIKHACHNYY PAVLO & LARISA family.

A family came to Christ

Dear brothers and sisters from the USA, we greet you with the love and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ and heartily congratulate all of you, on behalf of all our missionaries of the PIEI Ukraine mission, on the Bright Holiday of the Resurrection of Christ - Christ is Risen! Christ is truly Risen!

We are very grateful to God for you, dear brothers and sisters, and with all our hearts we wish you abundant blessings from our Lord Jesus Christ!

This month, God helped me to do the following ministry in the Lord's Field:

1. For two weeks in a row I helped a church from the village of Balkovtsy with a sermon, because there is no minister in this church due to the war. He went abroad with his family.

We also organized communal celebrations to take place in Balkovtsy, Podvirnoe, and in our church, in Nesvoi. Praise God for helping us in this difficult time to serve and preach His Word.

2. I was invited to preach at an evangelistic meeting in the church of the village of Tarasovtsy, where the pastor of the church is our missionary brother Gortopan Mihai. At this evangelization, one sister from a neighboring village repented. Thank God that the Lord touches the hearts of people. At the morning service, her husband Andrei repented. And in the evening she went out to repent. We had wonderful fellowship with this family and we pray for them that the Lord will bless their family and their two children, and also that they will strengthen their faith.

3. I visited all the pastors of the Novoseletsky district and gave them packages with seeds for sowing into the ground for their members of the churches. These packages were given to us from the regional office of the ECB of the Chernivtsi region for all the churches of the Novoseletsky district - Glory to God!

4. With the students of the bible institute I conducted bible lessons on the book of Daniel. Thank God for the fact that, with God's help, we have completed the study of this wonderful book. There are very good reviews after this study - Thank God!

5.Our church from Nesvoi, again last week, prepared delicious food, baked cookies and buns for the soldiers who are on the front line. We received many letters of gratitude from these soldiers for the fact that our churches do not forget about them. Our churches pray for these soldiers and cook delicious food for them from the bottom of their hearts with love. And these soldiers feel it - Thank God!

- Also, our brother missionary Kyoresko Grigory, with his team, traveled with help to the ruined cities of the Kiev region, and brought there a lot of delicious food and everything necessary for these people who lost their houses and apartments.

At the same time, they conducted an evangelization in the city of Gostomel, where they founded the Church of Jesus Christ.

6. Thanksgiving:

-We are very grateful to you, brothers and sisters from the USA, for praying for us missionaries of the PIEI Ukraine mission, for supporting us in our ministry here, for praying for brother Kioresco and his team, who carries 1 time in 2 weeks food and humanitarian aid products for people in need in Gostomel and other cities that have suffered greatly from this war.

-We are grateful for the students who have completed their study of the book of Daniel. We pray that they will also be included in the ministry in churches where there are no ministers.

-Thank God for the fact that in our Chernivtsi region there were no rocket arrivals, for the fact that there is no destruction, as is done every day in the cities of Ukraine. Especially in those cities that are closer to the front. This is just God's mercy to us, and we thank God every hour for this mercy. And we pray that this war ends soon and that so many people do not die senselessly.

7. Prayer requests:

-Keep praying for peace in Ukraine.

-Pray for our missionaries that the Word that was sown by them will bear much fruit of repentance.

-About the students of our institute, to get involved in the ministry in churches where there is a lack of ministers.

-Pray that we will be able to sow our fields, so that the Lord will bless this seed with a harvest, so that we can help those regions of Ukraine where they now do not have the opportunity to sow their lands due to this war. And so that we do not have enemy missile arrivals and that did not destroy our homes and our infrastructure.

-So that the Lord blesses us with health and zeal for labor in His Field.

-So that the Lord blesses us with peace in our area so that we can hold children's and youth Christian camps this summer. Keep praying for our NON STOP camp in Boyany. For the team of leaders. For the teachers.

-On April 16, we will celebrate Easter and hold evangelistic meetings. Pray for people to come and repent at these evangelizations.

We always pray for you, brothers and sisters, and we are always grateful to God for your support and for your prayers for us. May the Lord be with His Grace and Peace over you and over your families!

Once again we congratulate you - Christ is Risen! Christ is Risen indeed! To Him be glory forever and ever, Amen!

With love to you, the Petikhachnyy Pavlo and Larysa family.

Food for needy

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ who live across the ocean in the United States, we greet you with the love and peace of Jesus Christ!

I am grateful to God for the fact that so far, during these 2 weeks of this month, He has helped me to be successful in the gospel.

I praise God for the fact that it is still calm in our area and there are no rocket arrivals. Although they are bombing all over Ukraine. It’s scary to think how many of our people are dying under these bombings. We pray that God will calm down and stop all this evil.

1. Meanwhile, here in the rear, our church from Nesvoi again turned on preparing food ready for the soldiers who defend Ukraine, on the front line, together with other churches from the Khotyn region. They baked bread and buns, as well as cabbage rolls, cutlets, meatballs , rice with meat and other sweets. There are volunteer brothers who carry, on beads, all these products to Kramatorsk, Bakhmut, Zaitsevo and other cities of the Donetsk region where there are fights. There are 4 soldiers from our village and from a neighboring village in Bakhmut Balkovtsy. One guy, his name is Marian, was once in our camp in Boyany and even went out and repented. Marian went to the lessons with sister Marilyn Rosema. His mother is a believer. But life twisted him and he cooled down a bit. We believe and pray for him, that God will help him restore his faith. When he ate this food, he said that he did not even know that he ate buns prepared by our sisters from our church. We pray for him and his family. He has a wife and 2 children at home.

2. I taught the book of the prophet Daniel at the Bible Institute. There were many questions regarding Daniel's 70th week. Students want to know everything right away, but I told them that throughout this course, we will learn more and more every day. Thank God for the fact that they regularly come to these lessons and they are very interested in studying the book of Daniel.

3. Also, our missionary brother, brother Kioresko Gregory, loaded a whole bus with food and other humanitarian aid and also took it all to people who had lost their homes and so that they could have everything for daily food. He traveled to the city of Gostomel, where the Church of Christ was recently founded. He helped them carry ministries to the church and preached Jesus Christ.

3. I did mini evangelizations in houses where people who need spiritual help live.

-I preached there that God knows in advance about our difficulties. He sends us trials, but He also gives us a way out of these difficult circumstances, so that we would trust God more and hope in Him.

-At these meetings there were prayers of repentance and glorification of God.

4. I preached in 2 churches the lessons from the Sermon on the Mount of Jesus Christ. In these classes, there were many students who diligently studied these beautiful lessons. After the lessons there were many prayers of repentance of people who realized their guilt before God.

5.News from Ukraine:

-This month, all the churches from Ukraine were fasting and praying for the end of the war in Ukraine.

-All the sisters of our churches have prayer meetings where they not only pray and study the Word, but also plan how to prepare food and feed people in need, how to help them.

-They not only plan but also in practice prepare food for volunteers to take this food to the soldiers on the front line, they also help the displaced people who live among us-Thank God!

6. We plan:

- In the church of the village of Tarasovtsy, where our pastor, missionary Gortopan Mihai, organized an evangelization on March 26. Pray for this evangelism, that the Lord bless His Word through the preachers, and that this evangelism be successful in the gospel.

7. Thanksgiving:

-We are very grateful to God for protecting us in these parts and we can preach His Word to all people.

-We thank God for you, brothers and sisters from the USA, our partners in evangelism here in Ukraine. Thank God for your help and support, for your prayers for us which we feel them here.

-We praise God and thank Him both for the blessings and for the trials. Because through these trials of the war, many people came to God and repented. God works in mysterious ways…

8. Prayer requests:

-Pray, if it is the will of the Lord, that the war in Ukraine will end.

-Pray for those cities of Ukraine that are in danger of rocket arrivals, Kharkiv, Zaporozhye, Kherson, Odessa, Kyiv and other small cities of Ukraine. Innocent people and children are dying. For the Lord to stop these bombings.

-Continue to pray for our volunteers who are bringing food and everything necessary for our soldiers on the front line. Also pray for our missionary brother Kioresko and his team that is carrying humanitarian aid and food in Gostomel and in other cities where people are in need. For God to protect all our volunteers on the way from all evil.

-Pray for success in evangelism at the evangelizations that will be in our churches and at the evangelizations among the settlers.

-Pray for those 4 soldiers from our village and for all our soldiers that the Lord will protect them. For Marian Palamaryuk and his family. May God help him to survive there in the war and when he comes home to repent with his wife.

-Keep praying for our Chernivtsi region, so that we are not bombed and that there are no rockets coming.

-For the Lord to strengthen our health, so that we would zealously serve Him here, where He placed us in the service.

We also pray for you, our dear brothers and sisters from the USA. May the Lord richly bless you and give you a hundredfold blessings for your sacrifice and love for us and for Ukraine.

We wish you to celebrate the Bright holiday of the Resurrection of Christ: Blessed, peaceful, happy and inspired! Please accept the best wishes and blessings from my family!

With love to you, the PETIKHACHNYY PAVLO and LARISA family.

Prayer meeting with sisters

We greet you with the love and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ, dear brothers and sisters from the USA, our partners in evangelizing the Word of God here in Ukraine.

-I thank the Lord for His protection, which we feel every day and every hour during this difficult period of the war in our lives. For more than a year there has been a war in Ukraine, and only the Lord protects us and our region from bombing. Every day and night, sirens howl and we understand that there is a danger of rocket arrivals. Then we pray hard and believe in the protection of the Lord. In the East, North and South of Ukraine there are rockets and destruction, unfortunately, and loss of life. We pray that the Lord will console those who have lost their loved ones either through the arrival of rockets, or through the loss of soldiers who defended our borders.

1) By the grace of God, we were able to participate in Holy Communion of the Breaking of Bread in our church from Nesvoi. There, 2 more churches gathered with us: Balkovtsy and Podvirnoye. Since there is no pastor of the church in Balkovtsy and their pastor fell ill in Podvirnoye. They were brought to us by our church bus, as there are few members of the church there. They were very happy that they could, together with our church, have Holy Communion at this communion. On other Sundays, our ministers from the church go to these churches to strengthen these brothers and sisters with the Word of God.

-One sister from Podvirnoe who recently repented invited me to prepare her through the lessons for Baptism. I am glad that her husband also comes to our services. We pray for this family.

-I also performed the Breaking of Bread for 2 sick people from our church. We also prayed for them so that the Lord would heal them.

2) We organized prayers for all the sisters in all the churches of our region on Monday, March 6. The theme of the prayer is "Live worthy of God's teaching" James 2: 8. We also prayed for peace in Ukraine, supported in our prayers those who go through the loss of their loved ones. They prayed that these arrivals of missiles would stop, which not only destroy people's houses but also take human lives.

3) At the moment, all the missionaries of our PIEI Ukraine mission serve many migrants. At the beginning, we found houses for them so that they would have a place to live, helped them with clothes and food, and after that we conduct Bible lessons with them and many migrants come to these lessons.

4) In February, brother Kioresko Gregory, our missionary, brought humanitarian aid to Gostomel 2 times. Thank God there is already the Church of God there and regular services are going on. In the beginning, they preach the Word to people and then distribute humanitarian aid to them. They rejoice for the Word of God, but this help is also necessary for them.

5) Our church continues to prepare food for the soldiers on the front line. This food is very necessary for them to refresh themselves in those without conditions where they have neither electricity nor water. We also pray for these soldiers.

6) In February, I taught the lessons from the book of Daniel to the brothers who wished to study this book in more detail. After these lessons, the brothers said that they themselves would teach these lectures both in their churches and among the settlers.

7) We plan to assemble a leadership team for the Non Stop Christian summer camp in Boyany. We pray for this project, our camp, that God bless us with Peace and Health, so that we can conduct this camp blessedly and fruitfully (repentance of many young men and gain them for Christ).

8) Thanksgiving:

-We thank God for the fact that in our area, by His mercy, it is still calm and we can fruitfully serve all the needy migrants and our churches here.

-We thank the Lord for your support that you give us, from the USA and from Romania, and we can help people in need here.

-We thank God for all our missionaries who work and serve the Lord here. For the fact that the Lord gives them health and protects them from all evil.

9) Prayer needs:

-Pray with us for an end to the war.

- About the brother of the missionary Kioresko and his team, who travels 2 times a month with humanitarian help to the destroyed cities near Kiev. About the new Evangelical Church from Gostomel so that it grows in faith and love and bears the fruits of the Holy Spirit.

-Pray for all our missionaries who are working among the migrants, that the Lord would protect them and their families from all evil.

-For the Non Stop camp from Boyana, for the team of leaders, for the team of teachers, for the children who will come to this camp, for the team from the USA who will come to us this summer to serve, and for us to be calm so that we can conduct this camp.

- For the day camps at the church that our churches will hold. May all be blessed.

-For students from the Bible Institute who help us preach the gospel in churches where there are no pastors.

We also pray for you, dear brothers and sisters from the USA, our partners in evangelizing the Word of God in Ukraine, we pray that God will bless you with health and return you a hundredfold blessings for your sacrifice, for your support and for your prayers for us. We feel your prayers for us. Thank you for everything!

Please accept sincere Christian greetings from my family.

With love to you, Pavel and Larisa Petikhachnyy.

Humanitarian aid from the mission brothers PIEI Romainia

Dear brothers and sisters from the United States, we greet you with the love and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ.

I am grateful to God for His protection. For the fact that peace and tranquility are still observed in our region during this time of the war in Ukraine. For a year now, this terrible war has been going on with us, and the Church of Christ has been praying earnestly for an end to this war. On February 24, an all-Ukrainian fast and a prayer to God so that all our churches, our families pray and fast for peace in Ukraine. We hope only in God and expect from Him Salvation and Victory for Ukraine and its people.

We are very grateful to God for you, our dear brothers and sisters in the Lord who live across the ocean and support us in your prayers. We pray that the Lord will bless you abundantly.

1. Humanitarian aid from the mission brothers PIEI Romainia.

- On January 24, missionary brothers from the PIEI Romania mission came to us, headed by brother Timofey Stanya and brother Mike Dima. 3 full trucks arrived with various products and other useful things for the settlers here in Ukraine.

- My wife Larisa and I met our brothers and accompanied them to their destination in Novoselitsa. From there, our missionaries had to load this help (very tasty bread, butter, rice, flour, canned meat and vegetables, apples, potatoes, carrots, onions, toilet paper, shampoo, soap and other necessary substances), and took our settlers who live among us. And brother Kioresko, our missionary, had to load his cargo bus to transport this help in Gostomel (Kiev region).

- We were very grateful to God and our brothers for their sacrifice that they rendered for us. We talked together, prayed. We fed them and then again accompanied them so that they could safely reach the border. We were very glad to hear that they got well to their homes - God bless.

-We are grateful to God and to you brothers and sisters from the USA for your donations, because on these donations, our brothers from Romania were able to buy both food and various needs for our migrants who live among us.

2. Meeting of the missionaries of the PIEI UKR mission.

-January 26, all of our 9 missionaries of the PIEI UKR mission gathered for the meeting of the 1st quarter, 2023. Each missionary gave a report on his missionary activities in his missionary field of service. We had blessed communion to pray for each other, prayers for your churches from the USA that support us here in Ukraine, prayers for the end of the war in Ukraine. We thanked God that brothers and sisters from the USA and from Romania support us in this difficult time for us time. They thanked God for the humanitarian aid from the brothers from Romania. Each missionary was loaded with this help, and taken to our migrants and the needy who live near us.

-My wife and I visited 4 people and brought this help. One of them, a disabled person in a wheelchair, called us and thanked us so much that he even cried with joy. He said that very tasty bread was from Romania. And that he prayed and thanked God and for those who baked this bread, and for those who brought all these sweets in Ukraine. Just when we visited him, he did not have bread in the house, and we arrived on time with bread. Thank God that He leads us all in a good direction so that we can help where help is needed.

3. We had communion with the church on February 5th. 2 neighboring churches (Balkovtsy and Podvirnoye) also gathered in our church because their pastors fell ill. They were brought by bus to our church, since there are a small number of church members there. So they had good fellowship and remembered the suffering of Jesus Christ together as before. Previously, these churches all gathered with us, because they did not have their own house of prayer.

4. At the end of January, our young families from our church, together with the youth of our church, organized themselves to cook ready-made food for the soldiers who defend Ukraine on the front line. They somehow agreed with 10 more churches in the Khotyn region to cook such food for our soldiers. Then there is a special bus that carries this food for these soldiers to the front line. Our people cooked meat rice, pasta casserole, baked pies (it was all cooked in a special oven, and it turned out very tasty), and marinated vegetable salads. Also, bread and compotes. Then they packed it in a special container so that it was convenient to carry all this food to the front line in the city of Kramatorsk near Bakhmut, where the fighting is going on. This is only a very small part of what we can help these soldiers. We all pray for all these soldiers that the Lord will protect them from all evil because it is very difficult for them now. May the Lord save them all and may the Lord give us peace!

4. Thanks:

-We thank God for the fact that we are still quiet and peaceful and the Lord helps us to serve here and the refugees, and to preach the gospel in our area.

-Thank the Lord for you, dear brothers and sisters. For your prayers. Thank you for praying for the soldier Yulis and he was found. He is now in the hospital and will come home soon. He was in captivity, but the Lord saved him. Our sister Nina, his mother, thanks God very much for him. We pray that Julis and his wife Lyuba repent.

-Thank you for your prayers for the missionary brother Kioresco, who delivers food and various needs to refugees from Gostomel (Kyiv region) twice a month. Thank God that God protects him and his team.

-We thank God for the fact that He still gives us health to serve Him.

5. Prayer needs:

-Pray that this terrible war in Ukraine will end. We believe that only our Lord can stop all this. Those who came with the war are all planning big plans to harm Ukraine more. But God has everything under control. He knows how to protect us. And we believe that the Lord will not leave us. Do not stop praying for peace in Ukraine and for God's protection for us here.

-Keep praying for peace in our area, so that we don't have rockets, so that we can serve here calmly preaching the Word and helping those in need.

-The enemies want to turn all their aircraft on us, but pray that the Lord will protect us. We believe that only the Lord will help us and only God will stop the enemy.

-For the Lord to give us health in our ministry.

-For Ukrainian soldiers who defend Ukraine on the front line. For the Lord to protect them. For the chaplains who serve the Word among these soldiers so that the Lord protects them from shells and from all evil.

-Keep praying for our brother missionary Kioresko Gregory and his team, who carry humanitarian aid 2 times a month to the displaced people in Gostomel. For the new Evangelical Church that was recently opened in Gostomel. With His Mighty Hand.

-Pray for our non-stop Christian camp from July 24 to July 29 this summer. May God give us everything to be fine, peaceful, calm, so that we make this camp and everything to be blessed.

-We really want groups of teachers and spiritual guardians from the USA to come to us in the summer. For God to bless this desire of ours, and again, it is necessary that it be peaceful and calm here. May the Lord see this need and bless this project with the arrival of our brothers from overseas.

We are grateful to you and God for your sacrifice for us, dear brothers and sisters from the USA. We always pray for you, for your families, for your churches and for your country. May the Lord bless you with His Peace. So that you never have a war. War is evil and it is very hard. May the Lord bless you a hundredfold for supporting us here in our service for the Lord!

With love and gratitude to you, the Petikhachnyy Pavlo & Larisa family.

Christmas holiday for orphans and widows

Dear brothers and sisters from the USA, our partners and collaborators in the gospel here in Ukraine, we greet you with the love and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ!

I am very grateful to God for the fact that during these 2 weeks He used me to preach the gospel and serve Him.

Dear brothers and sisters, it will soon be a year since this war began in Ukraine. And we praise God that He protected us and helped us in this difficult time for us. We also thank you for praying for us all this time and helping us so that we would help other people in need.

1. Christmas holiday for orphans

- As we wrote to you in the last report, we organized a holiday for orphans on January 14 and 15. Thank you for your prayers. The Lord heard prayers and helped us to make joy for orphans and widows during these two days. True, we were not able to collect them in order to feed a delicious dinner, as we did in past years. Because now there is quarantine everywhere because of the pandemic. But we have already promised them that lunch will be postponed after the Easter holiday, when it will be warm. But we prepared good gifts for them, and we ourselves took these gifts and gave them to everyone in their hands. On the first day, January 14, we visited the Orphanage. When we arrived, an air alarm was just sounding, and together with these children we went down to the basement. There we gave everyone a Christmas present, sang Christian carols with them and told them about God's love for people. How God sent the only Son of Jesus Christ to earth to die for us and take upon Himself the sins of the whole world. How He resurrected on the 3rd day and ascended into heaven so that he would prepare a place for us there with Him. The children were very happy and thanked saying: - Thank you Jesus Christ and you! We told them - Thank God for everything! When the air raid ended an hour later, we visited the smallest orphans from this shelter (3-6 years old). They also spoke to them about Christ and sang along with them praising the Lord. They were also very happy with the gifts. Then we visited families who took 15-18 children from the orphans of the boarding school to bring up. We brought them great joy by giving them gifts.

On the second day, we visited a boarding school in Sadgora where the widows of this war live with their children. They also thanked God that the Lord does not forget about them through the believers who visit them constantly helping them in all difficulties.

2.Humanitarian aid from brothers from Romania

-Thank God for the fact that on January 24 our brothers from the PIEI Romania mission arrived and brought us humanitarian aid. My wife and I met them at the border and unloaded this aid in Novoselitsa to the Emmanuel Church, where the pastor is brother Popov Valery. We thank God for brother Timothy Stan and for brother Mike Dima, as well as for their team that came with them. We had good communication with them, praised God for the protection on the road and for this Humanitarian aid that they brought, so that we could distribute this help to our parish settlers and even take this help further for people living near the front line. We thanked God for the brothers from America who donate funds so that our brothers from Romania bring this help to those in need in Ukraine during this difficult period of the war with us. We are glad that we already have something to go to people who live in zone where people suffered more from this fierce war. Our missionary brother, brother Kioresko Gregory, together with his team, goes there 2 times a month and distributes this help to people.

After that, we fed the brothers from Romania, we handed these brothers in the hands of the Lord and sent them home. We are glad that they have already reached their home safely - Thank God!

3. Ministry with ordination to the pastor.

-With God's help, I participated in the ordination of 2 pastors. One pastor in Chernivtsi, brother Pyslar Mihai, and another in the Romanian church in Novoselitsa, brother Grishka Andrei. These services were blessed by the Lord. Everyone prayed with joy and love for these 2 pastors and glorified God.

4. Thanksgiving:

-We are grateful to God and to you, brothers and sisters, for having received this humanitarian aid for refugees through our brothers from Romania.

-We are grateful to God for our missionaries who work with full devotion to serve here in Ukraine.

-Thanks to God for the fact that it is still peaceful in our region and there are no rocket arrivals. This is not our merit, this is God's mercy on us!

-We are grateful to you for your prayers for us and for your help that comes to us in time so that we can help other people who need this help.

5. Prayer needs:

-Pray with us for an end to the war in Ukraine.

-For the orphans and widows that we visited and with whom we work proclaiming to them the love of God, may the Lord search their hearts for repentance.

-For the families who have taken orphans from the boarding school to raise and support. They have their own difficulties every day. May God give these parents wisdom and patience in this hard work.

-For these 2 pastors that we have chosen this month, that the Lord bless them with wisdom, patience and humility to serve in the church.

-So that the Lord gives us and our families health and jealousy, so that we do not get tired of doing good to people in need who live near us. So that we are hands Christ on this earth and serve others with total devotion.

Thank you again, dear brothers and sisters from the USA, for your prayers for us and for your help. May the Lord bless you abundantly! We love you and pray for you.

With love to you, the Petikhachnyy Pavel and Larysa family.
